Grooming that feels like being made a fuss of
A gentler-feeling way to work grooming into their usual fuss and attention.
Plenty of cats, and a fair few dogs, leave the room the moment a brush appears.
How it works
This is just your hand, so most of them stay exactly where they are and enjoy it. The loose hair comes away onto the mitt instead of onto the sofa.
Why it's useful
Rubber nubs and rounded-tip pins
Adjustable wrist strap
Breathable mesh back
Works on a wet or dry coat
If it is not right for your pet, return it unused in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your 14-day legal right to cancel applies on top of this.

Grooming that feels like being made a fuss of.
Plenty of pets disappear the moment a brush comes out but will happily sit through being stroked for as long as you're offering. This is just your hand, so most of them stay put, and the loose hair comes away onto the mitt instead of onto the sofa. Two surfaces on one face: soft rubber nubs, and rows of longer rounded-tip pins that reach further into the coat.
How to use it
Slip it on, tighten the strap and stroke your pet the way you normally would, following the way the coat lies rather than against it. Keep the pressure light over bony bits. It works on a wet coat at bath time as well as a dry one.
Good to know
- Soft rubber nubs alongside rows of rounded-tip pins
- Adjustable hook-and-loop wrist strap
- Breathable mesh back
- Roughly 24cm long by 14cm across the palm
- Right hand, one size
- Weight: 150g
- Suits cats and dogs, long or short coats
Pull the collected hair off by hand, rinse it under the tap and hang it to dry. It's a grooming tool rather than a treatment for skin conditions. If your pet's coat or skin looks unusual, that's one for the vet.
